The label says "52 ohms, 53 MHz cutoff, 100 watts
Squires Sanders Inc, Millington, NJ".

There is a small adjustment hole in the side to adjust a 
trimmer capacitor for best interference rejection.

This one is in very nice shape.  It looks close to new.
