[Clegg] Most Clegg FM-DX problems fixed!

Hi all,

Well, I have tracked down most of the problems with
the Clegg FM-DX. I have fixed:

Audio problem: LM-380 replaced.
Audio problem: Phono-Jack intermittent
Display problem: Replaced all digits with NTE-3057
Frequency error: Netted the reference crystals
Relay problem: Replaced the 1N4148 diode with a
rectifier.

I was observing a power output sag. This problem was
traced to the power supply I was using. It's a Kenwood
PS-30, but the regulator is not functioning properly.
I suspected this might be the case and I have
confirmed this to be a fact.

This has been a fun project and has been a good
distraction for me while I have been unemployed.
