[Clegg] Got my Vintage Clegg FM-DX working on Rcv

Hi All,

I just completed work on one of my many projects. I'm
the process of restoring a Vintage Clegg FM-DX
transceiver that I purchased on eBay.

My first order of business was to get the receiver
working. This required that I replace the LM-380 audio
PA stage. The chip was running extremely hot and there
was on sound out of the unit. I obtained a replacement
from Mouser, an NTE740A and made the repair, but it
still had no sound. The problem was simply that the
speaker was not connected, now it receivers. I can
conversations on the local repeaters.

My problem at this point is with the digital display.
I need to locate a source for the displays. I have 3
bad displays. Does anyone out there now the part that
I need to make this fix?
