[Clegg] Cleaning White Clegg Panels?

I have a Clegg FM-DX with cigarette smoke stains
on it and the matching supply and keypad.

I have two suggestions from other lists as to
how I might restore the white without harming
it or the lettering.

Knowing the paint and lettering materials vary
from manufacturer to manufacturer and that the
Morrow display glass lettering sloughs-off when
cleaned I thought I'd ask here first.

Anyone one used these methods or another with
safety and success, please?

Bleach. Clean well first with soap and water
