Hi Ken -
I'm afraid I'll be no help in this beyond pointing out what you
probably already know. Sand-state parts seem to be a whole lot more
difficult to locate, probably because the techonogly evolved so fast
that there just weren't as many spares manufactured as tubes that were
in use for years/decades/etc. A very general view on my part, but I've
found it to be true.
If someone can provide a name or source for you, great. If you do find
any sources, please post the results here. The least expensive route
might be to buy another FM-DX (they show up online fairly regularly)
as a donor.
The Clegg gear is fine stuff, and I wish you good luck in your quest
to keep it operating. As well, a Merry Christmas and Happy new Year to
you also.
