Clegg FM-DX, 2 meter FM xcvr

This was Clegg's fully synthesized 2 meter FM rig
that featured 50 Watts out, and a good receiver.

This rig is being sold as a parts rig.  I bought it at a
hamfest, thinking it would make a good packet rig,
and was told that everything worked fine.  It does
not.  At times, it seems to spring to life just fine,
but at other times, it is dead.  It may just be that
it just needs some cleaning, as I am sure it was 
setting around not being used.  It may be an easy 
fix, but I am selling it as a parts rig, as is.

I do have the paper work for it.
