[Clegg] Apollo 6 meter amp

I need some help.  I purchased a non-working Apollo at a hamfest today.  It
was working when I left the hamfest (so they said) so whatever went wrong
happened on the way home!

Anyway, when I flip on the High voltage switch not all the relays key.
Anyone out there have one of these critters thats familiar with the sequence
of events when the high voltage switch is activated.  Is it feasable disable
the high voltage somewhere along the way to check the relays out without
getting a surprise.

Any help or suggestion would be more than appreciated.
