[Central-Electronics] 100V/200V tuning knobs

Hi,

I found that there is a torque value for those three screws that will allow
the PTO to spin freely without any heavy grease and just light oil. I
cannot tell you what that value is, but it is not that tight from what I
remember. I had to use an extension shaft and a small knob, spinning the
PTO while fine tuning those screws. You don't want it too tight because it
seems to make zero beating difficult. Once you have it the rig performs
very well and is not stressful at all to bring on freq.
