To all,

Thank you for your help and patience.  Bob suggested an approach from the
backside of C81, which worked.  Now able to peak the 11A coil tuned
circuit, and getting a hair over 3 watts out, which is what I think Jim
said was about what to expect.

Again, thank you.  I think I'm going to button her up now and start getting
the coaxial relay set up.
