[Central-Electronics] 20A: Jim and Brian's are right (no shock), but maybe I am, too

As for ten meters on my 20A, using a 20 meter rock did increase power up to
about 3/4 watts on ten, as Jim and Brian pointed out. However, that's only
happening if C81 is at maximum compression. Makes sense, as Jim and Brian
pointed out; second harmonic will have more output than the fourth.
Power works up from nil to that point on going from one extreme to the
other with the capacitor, but the output never reaches a peak. This
capacitor also visually stands out from the others. Where the others just
show a bit of age-related crud, but C81 does look like time has attacked it
with a bit more intensity.
The working connections for C81 are not as accessible as I'd hoped, but Bob
Moody suggested just hanging one end of a small cap off of the hot side and
then clipping the other lead to ground. That added another quarter watt,
but I don't know about digging in to actually reach the tuned circuit.
Optimizing with the right capacitance to bring L11A into resonance would be
more satisfying than leaving it alone, but I'm not sure about the return on
effort for another couple of watts. If I operate on 10, I may just stick
with low QRP.
Thanks to all for the suggestions.
