[Central-Electronics] CE-100V On The Air

UPDATE:!!
                        I was looking at my Schematic, since I have a 
very early Serial number  and noticed that the parts had been changed in 
later units on V1B.
So, On mine, R524 was a 1.5K but had changed in value to 1.8K with a 6MF 
Cap (C238) across it. Later models this was changed to a 560 Ohm without 
a Cap across it.
I changed it to the later design, placed C238 ( Now a .02)  Across R252A 
and now the VOX works and I have the Speech set to about 2/3 way.
