[Central-Electronics] CE-100V On The Air

I continue to get great reports on my 100V. However, I have two issues I 
need to resolve.
First is that the Mic gain must be almost fully clockwise, as If I don't 
have enough audio drive. Same with the MC-60 and the D-104 Silver Eagle.
Second is that I can not get the VOX to activate.
More work to be done..LOL
