[Central-Electronics] New twist using military surplus for the CE-20A

Back in "the day," Central Electronics depended on using a BC-458
transmitter (modified) to take up the chores of determining the operating
frequency of the rig. I'm thinking about doing a similar route: using a
modified LM (like a BC-221 or LM-13) in conjunction with the March 1947 QST
VFO article to take up the VFO duties instead. I suspect the LM circuitry
may be more stable than the BC-458 which would benefit the CE-20A. Has
anyone else done this? Thanks. Cal.
