[Central-Electronics] 10B Exciter

Hello, I have a chance to pick up a 10B exciter with a 20 meter coil set in it already. Does anyone know the winding specs if I want to build an 80 meter set of coils up and a source to order coil forms for this transmitter?  Also I assume the chance of finding a matching VFO is pretty nil so does anyone know if International Crystal has the information for grinding crystals for CE products?
