[Central-Electronics] 200V 160MTR Post Installation Question

Greetings and Happy 4th!
    I've just installed the entire 160 Meter Kit as put  together by Nick. 
Eerything is working fine right now, BUT no action out of the  160 Meter 
crystal. Maybe I've installed the oscillator coil incorrectly? If  anyone is an 
"expert" (had success) with this, I could certaily use your  guidance here.
