[Central-Electronics] Help with Post 160 Addition

Happy 4th of July!
    I just completed installation of the 160 Meter  addition to the 200 V. I  
have full output on 10, 20, and 80 meters but  greatly reduced output (5 
watts) on 15, 40 and 160. 
    One thought I have concern the ADDITION of 1 .01  MFD Cap and one 15 Ohm 
resistor to the ones that already exist on the 200V. I  wasn't 100% suer I 
read this correctly or if in fact one of each of those is all  that is needed in 
the 200V.
    Also I would like to use the same type of  solderless clip that is used 
to connect to the coil forms to the switch for the  new 160 Meter coil.
    It would be great to solve this mystery over  the holiday.
