[Central-Electronics] CE 20A - BC458 questions

I hope this isn't too far off topic! I just completed rebuilding my 20A and
have started on the conversion of the BC-458 as a multiband VFO.

1. Does anyone have pictures of the modified BC-458?
    a. Where did they place the new band switch?
    b. What is the layout of the modified frequency dial?

2. Does anyone have (or have a source) for the microphone connector that
plugs into the 20A? My Sure 440 is plugless!
