[Central-Electronics] 6AG7 selfdestruction

Steve,
Can you describe the scenerio that took place leading to the demise of
that 6AG7?
Here are some pokes in the dark:
* The 10a ran the 6AG7 pretty hot, and that was back when line voltage was
between 110-115 vac. With today's line voltage often above 125 vac, the tube
cannot take it with elevated filament, screen, and plate voltage.
* The tube was gassy
* The bias was insufficient
* The Screen voltage was too high
* The tube was driven hard when the plate tank was out of resonance
So let's hear your story. You are correct that this reflector has been
silent too long.
WAKE UP FOLKS! Lets hear about your CE equipment.
Happy New Year,
Jim

Steve, I have no answer for you but I also would like to know the
answer to that question.
Thanks Jim
