[Central-Electronics] What is it?

Dear Joe,

I was hoping it was a 458A-10, the 10 meter crystal controlled converter 
for the 458 VFO. This allows one to work 28.4 to 29.4 MHz on 10 meter 
SSB. But, it has a 48.400 MHz xtal  instead of  a 27.0 MHz xtal.
