[Central-Electronics] What is it?

It's a Central Electronics something-or-another that has 2 missing tubes, a 6-pin male plug on one side, 2 transformers, and a crystal for 27.0 MHz.  Before I decide to part with it it would be nice if I know what it was.  Thanks, Joe k7mks
