[Central-Electronics] 600L

I'm still trying to finish out the collection of Central Electronics
manuals on the BAMA site.  I've had lots of requests for the 600L
manual, but all I've managed to come up with is the schematic.  If you
have a copy of the manual that you could copy and upload to BAMA, I
guarantee that you will make a bunch of guys happy.
