Here are a few final comments regarding the planning of this event.

1.        Digital cameras on hand to capture setups, visitors,
operations, the 3:00am photo op, etc.
2.        Anyone curious as to what to bring or how to contribute?  We
generally have 4-5 gasoline containers in the "safe zone" adjacent to the
           electrical generator.  These fuel containers require the
occasional trip to the local WAWA.
3.        Task lighting was problem last year.  
4.        Consider throwing a tarp or two, and/or roll of plastic in your
vehicle, just in case.
5.        Fans, both common area and task area.
