Greetings everyone and welcome to 2003!

Here's your friendly, weekly reminder that the Charles County Amateur Radio Club's weekly membership net will be held tonight (Tuesday, Jan. 7th) on the KA3GRW (443.700 MHz) repeater to begin at 8:00PM (2000L).

Net control for tonight will be yours truly (AA3RT) with alternate net control Rob (N2OMC).

For those of you who checked in regularly during 2002, thank you. I hope everyone will resolve to become active on the weekly membership net during 2003.

To those who have served as net controllers, my sincere thanks for a job well done! Thanks for the team effort and cooperation for sharing duties when the scheduled net control was unable to participate. Your willingness to fill in for each other has made my job much easier.

BTW-the position of Net Controller is NOT an exclusive "club".
Anyone who would like to join the ranks of net controllers is welcome. Just contact me at Aa3rt@aol.com for a copy of the preamble and I'll be glad to include you in the schedule.
