This just in from Lee, N3YWZ:

Lee spoke with Sgt. Hemsley of the National Guard this morning. Sgt. Hemsley and troops will be at the Field Day site at 10:00AM Friday to set up the GP tent. Lee will be on site to oversee the tent setup and invites anyone else to come by with their canopy (ies)and set up at that time. Lee intends to have the club tent and will attempt to set it up at that time. 

Additionally, Lee has spoken with the Town of La Plata police about patrolling the area during our activities to ensure safety/security of the area and also to stop in for fellowship, coffee and even try their hand at the GOTA station if they desire.

Remember, net tonight 2000L (8:00PM), KA3GRW (443.700 MHz repeater).
