[CALV-MESH] Experimenting with IP links across the Bay

I've found a willing victim... errr...  volunteer to serve as a east-coast 
station across the Bay from here.  We're going to try to stand up a 9 mile 5 
GHz (or 3 GHz) link across the Bay.  This could fold in well with the idea to 
build a LAN in the Twin Beaches area (Chesapeake Beach and North Beach).

I need to check with a second station to see if he is interested in 
participating as well.
