[CALV-AUXCOMM] Repeater options

I would suggest surveying all our South county folks to see who can get in
to the Barstow cross and radio on the simplex in put frequency. If that's
successful, use that as the work-around. Could even consider a 2m input
frequency to get to the Lusby repeater if we lost the Sunderland machine.

Thoughts???
