A couple of pointers for tonight's practice...
 
After you install flmsg, when you open it you will see a simple screen offering choices of New Message, Edit Message and View Message.
 
 
Go to Tools and select Expert Dialog.  That will pop up the screen with many more options where you can select an ICS-213 under Forms.  Then continue to follow the instructions at https://w8woo.org/fldigi/downloading-flmsg/sending-from-flmsg/ 
 
Also, when you're ready to send, you need to have FLDIGI up and running.  FLMSG will not launch FLDIGI even if you have selected AutoSend.
