Sending again due to possible problems with the ARES email reflector.

This Wednesday I propose we continue with practicing sending ICS-213 forms but this time using the MT63-2000L mode found in the FLDIGI software package.  In addition to FLDIGI, you'll need FLMSG which can be downloaded from the same site(s) as FLDIGI.
