The attached .wav file is a short text sent in FLDIGI Op Mode MT63-2000S.    It might be useful for testing your FLDIGI setup.   Note it's 2000S, not 2000L so if you're using the file, set FLDIGI's Op Mode to MT63-2000S. 
 
On my desktop PC, if I set FLDIGI audio input to use my microphone input (I'm using a microphone on the end of a cord plugged into the PC), and then I play the .wav file through the PC's speaker, FLDIGI should decode the .wav into the text shown below.  Also attached is a screen capture of my FLDIGI "sound card" settings for performing this test using the .wav file and the PC microphone.
 
You might need to adjust the speaker volume so as not to distort the audio and play with the PC's microphone gain.  Here, the speaker volume is fairly loud but not ear-hurting.  And I hold the microphone about 2ft away from the speaker.
 
Text should decode as shown below.  The second sentence is cut off as shown.
