[CALV-AUXCOMM] Calvert AUXCOMM Meeting Room Status

All,

The Harriet Brown Community Center does not have any available meeting rooms on any Wednesday evenings.   I have put in an application for a room at the Mt Hope Community Center on the 4th Wednesday of the month, 7:00pm, beginning on March 22 (3rd Wed not available).  Our February 15 meeting will be at the Calvert EOC.   The room reservation was made in the name of RACES.

The scheduling folks know that we are seeking a fee waiver for this as well as the CARA meetings on the 2nd Thursday's.

If another meeting room more central in the County is discovered between now and March, we'll consider changing.
