In preparation for our meeting on Sep 21, the following info may help with ideas for planning our SET.

The two web links take you to some large (number of participants) SET planning document examples. These well exceed anything I see us doing on just a county basis but serve as good planning examples.  I also attached an older SET plan that I prepared back in 2018.

Possible Scenarios:

Hurricane/Tropical Storm - perhaps overused
Power Plant - Was just done as part of Calvert CALVEX exercise
Maritime accident with ecological impacts along bay or river
Aircraft accident
Tornado
Cyber attack affecting normal communications
County internet outage (affects some number of telephones too)
Civil unrest after Nov election
Others


Execution Options:
Deployment of resources as outline in the plan (i.e. operators know ahead of time where to deploy)
Deployment instructions in real-time during the exercise

Use Calvert EOC for NCS ?
