[CALV-AUXCOMM] Calvert AUXCOMM - Re-Starting In-Person Meetings

All,

In the hope that we can soon restart in-person AUXCOMM meetings, I'd like to poll membership on meeting dates.   Tuesday evenings may no longer be the best. 

I'd like to suggest the third Wednesday of each month, nominally at 7:00 or 7:30 pm.   Location TBD but once we can agree on day-of-the week and time I'll start looking.   My first choice would be one of the community centers, either Mt Hope or Harriet Brown in Prince Frederick as the logistics are easier (no key to pick up and return).

If anyone is in a position to help finding a meeting room, that would be most appreciated.  A VFD or EMS station would be fine as well provided we can get at no cost based on our volunteer organization supporting county emergency management.

PLEASE RESPOND WITH CONCURRENCE FOR 3RD WEDNESDAY MEETING DATE OR SUGGEST AN ALTERNATE.
