Shawn,
I can do 2 meter voice simplex and duplex from the Drum Point EOC (KB3TGF) location.  Whether we can do digital will depend on KB3RAN coming into the station and setting up his computer on the tower antenna, or he may be able to use his mobile station and antenna.
