Let me know how the messages went. For some reason my updated ics 213 looked different than those I received earlier. Maybe it was just me as I can hardly keep my eyes open. (All my updates are correct and current)
One thing is lost one message because went to template before I addressed the message form (to) it didn't post because of no address and I closed the window by mistake. This caused me to completely loose a (my ) message number K3UGA-5, as when I redid it was the next number! Did not look in my log file to see if that message got there. Will check....but thinking it might not be good to loose a message and number, when you have to check old messages by number.
Good night, good bye, sorry missed net, but it was a big one anyway.
Sent from my iPad,
Best Regards,
Jim Tetlow

When the message window opens, click on Select Template and dig down to ICS-USA Forms and select the ICS213_Initial.txt template. That will open your web browser with a blank ICS-213 form. Fill it out and click Submit. Then go back to Winlink Express and address the new message as you normally word for a Winlink message. Post to outbox and send by either radio means or Telnet.

The recipient of the message can click on the attachment and see the ICS-213 in their web browser in the same format as a FEMA ICS-213.
