[CALV-ARES] CALV AUXCOMM Training Net

The idea of a regular training net was brought up at the last training meeting 
while we were testing fldigi and flmsg for sending and receiving messages.  I 
think it's a great idea to get people on the air on a regular basis where we 
can test our radios and test our skills (and try out new things).

With that, I'd like to know when a good time for everyone to participate would 
be.  I've started a survey[0] and I ask everyone to provide their availability 
so we can pick the best time.
