[CALV-ARES] Telephone Tree Updated

I made a couple of corrections to the telephone tree[0].  It is available on 
the website now (login required).  Please verify your information and print a 
copy so you'll have an offline copy if needed.

If I can get keep everything straight maybe we can do a quick test of the 
telephone tree and SMS alert system tonight before the net.
