[CALV-ARES] [New post] MDC Section SET Plans

I just updated the SET planning post[0] with some additional information I 
obtained from the planning meeting that I attended on Saturday.  We'll be 
discussing this more during the meeting on Tuesday but I wanted to draw 
attention to the changes so everyone is on the same page.
