Localized flooding is possible from a coastal storm.  Here's the rain forecast.  One to over two inches can be expected in southeast New York, New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, eastern Maryland and eastern Virginia through Thursday.

 The best thing you can do to prepare is to remember to not drive in flooded roadways.  This is the leading cause of death in floods.  

 Stay up to date on this storm at weather.gov and through your favorite local media.
