Hi Guys,

 

You are invited to The 2013 MDC Section SET planning meeting this Saturday
from 0900 to 1200.  Early morning coffee and edibles will be provided.

 

Map and directions provided at the end of this communication.

 

Please bring any issues you might think is relative to the exercise for
"resolution by committee."  I already have a short list waiting for you all.
You may bring any one involved with the exercise from your district.

 

I am most interested in knowing your Winlink players, if you have not
already sent their names and call signs to me earlier.

 

If you have any idea or notion what your jurisdiction is going to do for the
exercise, we'd all sure would like to hear about it and how it would fit
into the overall scheme of things.

 

For the most, part this is going to be a strategy session to learn strengths
and weaknesses of our capabilities to support EmComm for the Section.  Oh,
and it's going to be fun too!!!

 

Please respond as soon as possible so I can get a head count for room size
and refreshments.  Those who have already let me know, need not reply. .
.just show up!!

 

Wearing ham radio call sign badges would be a plus.

 

Talk-in on 146.61 (-) no pl.

 

Looking to see all of you, some for the first time.  Drive safe.
