I knew that.oops!  Thanks for pointing that out Dick.  No one else had had
said anything > so much for thinking I can remain under the radar.  At least
this proves people read my emails.  

 

FYI >>> the reason I abbreviate all MDC Section Jurisdictions with 4 letters
is be consistent to the MDC Emergency Response Plan.  When in Rome do as the
Romans do.  As hams we have accepted operating procedures.  Shorting
jurisdiction names for traffic is accepted operating practice to use these
4-letter county abbreviations with a few exceptions of two or three letter
abbreviations. Hence, good idea to use and write these abbreviated versions
so in an actual time stress emergency these jurisdictions become second
nature to you when handling messages and traffic.
