[CALV-ARES] From Calvert EC: CALV Membership Status for 2012

It is that time of year when I clean up the CALV ARES roster. First thing
that needs attention is a new Calling Tree for CALV ARES Stations.  To
accomplish this task I need to know if you want to continue being an active
member of our ARES group.

 

To speed up this progress, I am assuming the 23 Stations that responded to
the 2011 Annual EC Report to the ARRL will keep their membership in CALV
ARES.  However, there were EIGHT members that sent NO REPLY to this survey.
If you are one of these EIGHT Stations please reply back to me by February
15, 2012, whether you want to continue your active membership in CALV ARES
or you do not want to be active in CALV ARES.  

 

those eight members will be dropped from the roster if no answer is
received.

 

If anyone's telephone number has changed in the last 12-months please send
me that information.  Cellular and Hardline telephone number accepted.
Work, Home and/or any other location will be accepted.  We need the best
telephone numbers to contact you.  Activations happen suddenly sometimes and
we cannot afford wasting time trying to find out how to contact you so it
very important keeping your status updated with me.

If you are aware of a Calvert County ham that would like to be a member of
CALV ARES, please let that person know so they can send me their contact
information.

 

Attached to this email is the survey results and a list of those EIGHT
Stations that did not answer that survey.
