[CALV-ARES] Local SKYWARN Classes - FYI

National Weather Service, Sterling, VA website list some new SKYWARN classes
taking place nearby.  Calvert County is planning a Basic I class in the May
timeframe though it is not listed on the NWS Sterling website.  There is a
Basic I class this Saturday at the U of Md. College Park campus.  Also,
special classes on Tropical Storm and Flooding held in Charles & St. Mary's
counties later on this year.
