[CAham] Will new cell-phone law effect mobile ops?

Hey Harry!  

Thank you, that clears up a lot.  While I had assumed the law would
only apply to cell phones, the paragraph about temporary exceptions
for 2-way equipment in tow trucks and farm vehicles would have scared
the #$##$ out of me if I hadn't already had plans to mount steer horns
on the hood of my truck  8*)
