I have used a small 24 volt transformer to power those 115 VAC relays. 
Bridge rectify it and filter with a big capacitor and it should operate the 
relay without the need for 115 VAC.  I did that in a Globe King 500 for all 
relays but one which was a 6 volt relay.

I just did a search on B&W model 377B relay, and I found that it's a 115 
volt AC relay.  You should be safe to try powering it from 120 volts to see 
if it works.
