My RCA WV-98A zeroing control knob kind of fell apart.  While it doesn't
affect the operation, if you happen to have that little rubber or
plastic slip on jobbie laying around i could be interested.  Or a
suggestion as to what to use as a replacement would work as well.

As far as the SX-100, i picked one up the other day.  It's a MK1 or
MK2B.  It's in the rack now and the stamping is inside the chassis on
the back wall.  I'm amazed at how well it works, the calibration is very
close and it does a really good job on Am and SSB.  What i do need for
it is a nice clean manual that shows the component numbers, values and
pictures that are good and readable.  Some of the stuff you get on line
is hard to read, especially the component numbers and values.

It's currently plugged into a variac set for 115Vac and sitting on 40M
awaiting the afternoon AM signals on 7293 or 7290 from the midwest.
That S meter action is awesome.  Later in the afternoon i'll move it
down to 80M where the Am guys hand out and listen to them.  Some of them
put really good signals into SE Arizona early in the Am and late in the
afternoon.

I think it's had a product detector mod done to it as you can run the RF
gain full open, set it for LSB and turn on the BFO and listen to SSb.
On strong signals that S meter really flings itself around.

Might have to hang on to this one for a bit.
