Nah, it's like running two (or many) Zener diodes in parallel.
Because they never have the same breakdown voltage, the lowest takes all the
current, with consequences that can be deduced.
And even there, for the VR tubes, this is the first one that fires that take
the current.
Bottom line, connecting those in series is OK, but never in parallel.
A OA2 operate between 5 and 30mA, regulates around 150 ± 2V and "fires" at
around 155V.

On a side note , I wonder if when you parallel these regulator tubes, does
the current capacity double? Maybe someone out there knows.
