[Boatanchors] OA2 operation

There were two responses. Both said it seemed normal. To elaborate, I am
running 270 volts into the back of the VF-1. There is a 5K, 10 watt
dropping resistor to the OA2. The calculations said about 26 ma were
flowing. I have turned on the VF-1 and it works. From cold start it has
drifted down a couple of KHz on 7MHZ. I think that is pretty good. I
haven't touched the VF! except to brush the dust off just a bit. I will
leave it running for the afternoon and see how it does. I am very pleased
with the outcome. BTW, I am running the filament with a regulated DC
voltage of 6.26 volts. I didn't have a filament winding on the transformer
I am using for B+, so I installed a small 12 volt transformer supply and
added a regulator board.

Thanks for your help.
