For me the question is more…why? Yes the 6146B is capable of drawing more current (140 mA vs 100 mA), but that would cause your power supply to sag more. Unless you up the supply voltage and its current capability, you’re gonna end up with not much more output than you have now. An exercise in futility unless your 807 is soft and you have no more, and the 6146B is just hanging around waiting to be used. Gaining 20-25%, or even 50% power isn’t going to make any real difference at the far end of a QSO.

Since no one has replied, I’ll wade in on this. You should be okay. Both tubes operate at similar voltages and bias points. I gather from your post that there’s no fixed bias. That suggests that it’s being biased from grid leak bias. To obtain appropriate operating bias I’d expect to see a resistor in the 22k - 27K range in the grid circuit.
