[Boatanchors] Biasing a 6146

Greetings,
I have a homebrew transmitter that has a single 807 output tube. I am
pondering the possibility of upping the power output a bit with a 6146(B).
The question is, can the 6146 be biased without a low voltage negative
supply? (Which the set does not have). Self bias? Positive bias on the
cathode? The operating voltages in the rig are 300 and 600. Thoughts
appreciated.
