[Boatanchors] Rack mounted equipment handles?

It's very simple brute-force design, just a really big transformer,
heat-sinked (and fan-cooled) 200A bridge rectifier, and a 220,000 uF
filter cap. Accessorized with an AC breaker, a DC breaker I'm waiting
for in the mail, 50V and 150A GE "Big Look" meters, and 3/8" stud
terminals for connections.
The transformer is this one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/163601824136 and
there are still six left. Contact the seller if you want one, the
shipping was actually half of what the ebay calculator said! It's 41 lbs
before packing. But you can't beat 20 volts at 250 amps RMS (=150 amps
DC with a bridge). Dual 120v primaries. I'm running it on 240 volts.
The devil is in the details - at this current level, milliohm
resistances can't be ignored. I used 4 AWG cable throughout, except to
the filter cap which is 8 ga. (to help the inrush limiting a bit). It
really should be 4 ga. also, and I'll probably add a soft-start circuit
at the same time. I might add another 220,000 uF but the ripple isn't
too bad even as-is.
Here's a pic of the front so far, will post more later. (Waiting to
final-mount the huge toroid transformer until I get the circuit breaker
and pilot lamp in, since it's much easier to wire behind the front panel
without it!)
